Joe Serafin is the founder and principal broker of Serafin Real Estate, the leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Loudoun County, Virginia. With over 19 years of experience and more than $650 million in closed transactions, Joe is a trusted expert in commercial property sales across Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, Alexandria, and Clarke Counties. He specializes in early education centers, religious facilities, industrial buildings, retail, flex, and owner-user properties, representing sellers of high-value assets with a strong focus on maximizing return.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Joe has built his business around deep market expertise, transparency, and client-focused results. His notable sales include the $17 million sale of a school campus in Aldie, the $22+ million sale of a NNN-leased portfolio, and the sale of the Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Fairfax County, which closed over asking price and helped the church avoid financial hardship.
