GRANT WETMORE
REGIONAL PRESIDENT
Grant Wetmore is the Regional President for Western Loudoun, Leesburg, and Clarke County at Serafin Real Estate, where he brings a powerful blend of commercial real estate knowledge and financial expertise to every transaction. With over 20 years in the banking industry, including a decade in commercial real estate lending and asset management, Grant offers clients strategic insight into valuation, deal structuring, and investment returns.
Before joining Serafin Real Estate, Grant served as Vice President and Market Executive for BCT – The Community’s Bank in Loudoun County, and previously held leadership roles with Middleburg Bank and Guarantee Bank. He is also the founder of GGWetmore Consulting, advising investors and business owners on real estate strategy. Grant holds a degree in Business Administration from Marshall University and is a graduate of the Paul W. Barret, Jr. Graduate School of Banking.
Grant has been instrumental in expanding Serafin Real Estate’s presence throughout Purcellville, Leesburg, Round Hill, and Clarke County, where he focuses on retail, office, land, and institutional property types. He plays a lead role in deal execution, negotiations, and financial advisory, helping sellers and investors maximize value through data-driven decisions and market-savvy positioning.
An active community leader, Grant serves as President of the Purcellville Business Association and previously held roles with Seven Loaves and Discover Charles Town. He lives in Round Hill, Virginia with his wife, Tansy, and their three boys.
