Trista Serafin is an Associate Broker at Serafin Real Estate with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including representing some of the largest developers in the country. At Serafin Real Estate, Trista leads buyer and tenant representation across Loudoun County. She specializes in the demand side of the market, guiding childcare and early education operators, faith based organizations, and owner users through site selection, lease negotiation, and acquisition.
